Price and location are great! Nice to have a pool and hot tub after 2 hours of glow tubing. Rooms look to be newly remodeled. Beds are very comfortable. I was disappointed on arrival when I did not have connecting rooms in which was requested and confirmed the night before arrival. This stay was to celebrate my daughters birthday with friends so not having connecting rooms was pretty inconvenient.
Traveling through a winterstorm.. stopped there to find a welcoming staff and a warm environment. They were just starting to get busy due to the storm...and they were very helpful getting us settled. Pushing the luggage cart from the entrance all the way into our room... then refused a tip, with a smile and a laugh.Room was clean and everything was in working order. Fridge was larger than most budget motels I have frequented. A hot breakfast, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy with waffles sent us on our way in the morning... Definitely recommend this La Quinta Inn in Mansfield, Ohio
Overall our stay here was great! The price was decent, the rooms were clean, and the pool and spa were amazing! The continental breakfast was also good, and had lots of variety! The only issue we encountered was that the wifi wouldn't connect and the TV wouldn't connect either.
The outside door nearest to us was locked and didn't work with the key card, despite it saying it did. They have affordable pet fees each night. Their pool and hot tub were nice, however horribly ventilated to the point where from the outside and even inside you could see the fog and condensation on the windows, and frequently dripped cold drops inside, raising concern about air quality and germs on the ceiling. Seemed like the perfect environment for rainforest/tropical plants. Their breakfast was adequate yet crowded. Their vending machine had many items only $1 to my delight, with Spicy Doritos I had never seen in that size, yet it was outdated. Our door to our room's battery died, and had to be replaced. Would go again.
We enjoyed the indoor pool and spa. It was a blast. The rooms are cozy and the beds are super comfortable. The Continental breakfast was great. They had a good variety.
Always stay here when I come back to town to visit my family and friends. Staff is extremely friendly, the rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is always delicious.
Staff is extremely friendly. The hotel is nice and clean, the rooms are good besides the mattresses they are hard and uncomfortable. We love that they had a pool and a hot tub and the pool area was very clean. Love staying at this hotel we are surrounded by restaurants couple gas stations and even Walmart is right beside us.
The rooms are modern, clean , spacious, and very comfortable! Especially the bed , it was extremely comfortable! The staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and made sure I had everything I needed an I didn’t have to ask . House keeping as well they do the best to make sure the rooms are clean . The location is very nice . There’s plenty of places to eat Cracker Barrel is in walking distance an so is Walmart! There’s a seven eleven an another gas station right there . Your 15 min from Richland mall a plenty of shopping centers . Target, Kohl’s, Burlington and Marshalls and I could go on and on with other attractions and places to eat. I’d give them on a scale from one to 10 definitely 10 and I would definitely stay here again
